We enjoyed staying here. Everyone was awesome, everyone one was very friendly and always with kindness , they would always stop to say hello whenever they see us. Everyone that works here goes over and beyond to make us comfortable. Thanks especially to Terrance the manager. Thank you for being so understanding and flexible with our stay. God bless always.
Miss Cindy was "The Best!" She really helped me with everything I had need of during my 4 day stay. She is extremely nice and professional and reliable llady at the check in window. Checking in was extremely easy and fast, rooms were fully furnished and clean , hotel staff was very helpful in general. Would give them 10 stars, for this "type" of hotel. Thank you
Great stay, ideal for our family, as it has a full kitchen and a large refrigerator, which makes all the difference. The staff is very friendly and attentive when needed. Overall, perfect for our needs at a good price.
My clients stay here for post surgery and Karel accommodate our last minute needs. Very welcoming and can also speak French. He was able to communicate with them with no problem. The manager is also very nice and welcoming. She ensure all our questions were answered. Love it
Desteny was extremely helpful on a Christmas check-in. She worked through the night and made sure all of us were having rooms for the night. Inspite of all the challenges the system and computers were totally out of whack. Also Ian T came at 11pm to help and was helpful.
Excellent stay at Woodspring Suites! My experience was truly pleasant. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The service at the front desk was outstanding — Karel and Destiny were extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help. Their customer service made my stay even better. Highly recommended!
Karel has been very warm and welcoming at this Hotel. He has been so gracious to my kids that they look forward to seeing him on our visits. Karel has accommodated us on many occasions, From a new TV remote to towels are additional chairs. He really come through for us and make our stay the very best. Come see Karel On your next stay!
Housekeeping should be done accordingly. $1000 for 14 days is enough to keep a room clean and satisfied at least every 3 days while staying... Customers should not have to wash hotel linens, sweep & mop floors , and clean restrooms. We shouldn't have to spend unnecessary money for cleaning supplies
